RETURNS

Please email tierraalmaonline@gmail.com when enquiring about or organizing a return or exchange. We do not refund items for change of mind or wrong sizing however we are happy to provide an exchange voucher to the amount of the item if sent back within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless an item is deemed faulty. Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

 EXCHANGE

If you are not in love with your purchase, send it back within 14 days of purchase date and we are happy to exchange and issue an online credit. Any shipping costs to send the item back is the responsibility of the customer.

Available for local customers

To collect in store and skip on the costs of shipping, choose "pick up in store" as your shipping method and collect in store at 226 Beach Rd, Mordialloc when your ready.

Australian Shipping

Free standard shipping Australia wide for orders over $150

Standard shipping under $150 is $10

Express Post within Australia $15

 

Please allow two working days for orders to be processed and shipped. We will notify you when your order has been sent and will supply you wth a tracking number.

Tracking your item is as simple as 1, 2, 3:

3. A tracking summary will appear, listing delivery information that has been captured at various scan points through your item's journey
